Poland 2027: World Scout Jamboree

Bravely Stepping Forward: Embarking on a Global Scouting Adventure in Poland at the 26th World Scout Jamboree 2027

I am absolutely thrilled to share an exciting new chapter in my Scouting journey! I have been appointed as the Co-Lead for the Tents and Cabins Section of the Jamboree Planning Team (JPT) for the 26th World Scout Jamboree, which will take place in Poland in 2027. This role is more than just an assignment; it is a remarkable opportunity to contribute to one of the largest and most inspiring global youth events in the world.

What makes this opportunity even more special is the privilege of being, at this time, the only representative from Malaysia on the Jamboree Planning Team. I am not only representing my National Scout Organisation, Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia (PPM), but also carrying the responsibility of representing my entire country on this global stage. It is an immense honour and a testament to the trust placed in me by my NSO and the global Scouting community.

The World Scout Jamboree is a celebration of unity, adventure, and leadership, bringing together over 50,000 Scouts from more than 150 countries across the globe. Under the inspiring theme “Bravely!”, the 2027 Jamboree will provide a dynamic platform for young people to engage in meaningful discussions on some of today’s most pressing global challenges, including mental health, climate action, and world peace. It is a space where young minds will be empowered to learn, grow, and inspire one another to build a better future.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to my National Scout Organisation (NSO), Persekutuan Pengakap Malaysia (PPM), for their unwavering trust and support as I take on this responsibility. Being part of such a dynamic and purpose-driven organisation is an immense honour, and I am eager to collaborate with an outstanding team of dedicated individuals to ensure an unforgettable experience for all participants.

This role goes beyond logistics and planning; it is about creating an environment where Scouts feel safe, comfortable, and inspired. The Tents and Cabins Section plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every participant experiences a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere throughout the event. I am fully committed to delivering on this vision and working tirelessly to provide a seamless and enriching experience for all.

If you are passionate about Scouting, large-scale event planning, or simply want to explore ways to get involved, I would love to connect with you! Whether you have ideas to share, questions to ask, or just want to be part of this extraordinary journey, feel free to leave a comment below or send me a message. Together, we can make the 26th World Scout Jamboree a landmark event that leaves a lasting impact on Scouts worldwide.

Here’s to embracing the spirit of “Bravely!” and working together to shape a brighter future for young people across the globe.
